The other day I was looking up random facts.
And I found out that in a year, by eliminating one olive from salads in first class, an air transportation company saved $44,000.
Thats amazing.

i think it's so weird how we can save the world, or improve wordly conditions, by simply doing things like that.
yet we don't.
americans, especially, disgust me this way. we're so wrapped up in our self-images and the way the world sees us, or we're too concerned with ourselves getting what we want at that particular moment in time, to do things to improve the greater good of life.
sigh.
